The 4th session of the United Nations Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law will feature V-Dem Institute Director Staffan Lindberg as a key note speaker in a discussion about the state of democracy worldwide.
In accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 46/4, adopted on 23 March 2021, the theme of the fourth session of the Forum is “Strengthening democracies to build back better: challenges and opportunities”.
